Machinery and Equipment Appraisals 

Kloster Commercial Resources is a full service personal property appraisal company. We serve the needs of banks, asset based lenders, leasing companies, attorneys, accountants and business owners.

Our appraisals are used for bank loan support, partnership and stockholder matters, buy-sell agreements, marital dissolutions, allocations of assets, estate tax filings, Sub-S elections, ESOP plans, estate tax planning, charitable gifting and similar purposes. All appraisals are conducted in compliance with Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP).

Our professional staff includes four staff appraisers, technical and administrative support personnel. Although our primary service area is Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, North and South Dakota and the Michigan Upper Peninsula, we are available for work anywhere in the United States where our customers have a need.

USPAP APPRAISALS

Most customers need an appraisal product that is certified according to standards 7 and 8 of the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). With this service, we make a personal inspection to the business or work site to document and inpspect the asset(s) being appraised, then develop our estimates of values based upon appropriate approaches and methodologies. This report will include a narrative and scope of work section, along with summary pages describing the various line items appraised and photographs of typical items.
