In 1985, James Kloster formed Kloster Industrial Assets, the predecessor company of Kloster Commercial Resources. Prior to forming Kloster Industrial, Jim held senior positions in the collateral management industry involving loan workout, field service, valuation and liquidation services. Jim began his business career in the manufacturing and publishing industries.

Kloster Commercial Resources is a full service appraisal, assessment and consulting business. We maintain excellent client relationships with commercial banks, asset based lenders, credit unions, CPA firms, law firms and business owners.

Where Do We Work?
Kloster Commercial Resources is based in central Minnesota. Much of our work is in the Upper Midwest, including Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, and North and South Dakota. We have completed appraisal, consulting, and liquidation assignments nationwide.
